Royal Enterprise

Introduction

Royal Enterprise is a Dubai-based trading company operated by Mr. Kerefidis and Mrs. Prada. I was fortunate enough to be selected to assist with the digital transformation of their businesses, an ongoing project due to its scale.

The Journey

The Royal Enterprise team graciously invited me to Dubai for three months, from March 15 to June 14, allowing me to work closely with them during this major transition. This unique opportunity was not just a professional assignment, but also a cultural and learning journey.

The Process

During my stay in Dubai, I collaborated with highly established agencies in the city, contributing to various aspects of their digital transformation. This included web development projects, crafting business presentations, and assisting the office IT team with the transition to newer and more efficient technologies.

The Experience

The experience of working side by side with the Royal Enterprise team and other professionals in Dubai was enriching. It gave me an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with digital transformation on such a large scale. It also provided an opportunity to learn from other experts in the field and to adapt to a different work culture.
