Online Meeting
After initial contact, we'll schedule an online meeting at a time convenient for you. We'll discuss and clarify your project requirements, goals, and timelines. This is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, to ensure our collaboration is the perfect fit.

Project Start
Once we've agreed on the project scope, we'll sign a contract, and I'll send you an invoice for 50% of the project cost. This upfront payment, a common practice in the industry, secures your project in my schedule and covers initial expenses. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, ensuring you're satisfied with the final result.

Track the progress
Rest assured, you'll never be in the dark about your project's progress. I work from 9 am to 9 pm Berlin Time, providing regular updates to keep you informed. You'll receive SMS notifications whenever significant milestones are achieved. Additionally, we'll hold weekly meetings to review progress, discuss any issues, and make necessary adjustments. This ensures your project is always on the right track and evolving in line with your vision.

Finished Project
The final step is the most exciting one – the unveiling of your finished project. You'll receive a comprehensive presentation of the completed work, and we'll go through it together to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations. Once the final payment is received, all deliverables will be handed over to you. But our relationship doesn't end there. I'll be available for any post-launch support you might need, ensuring your new digital tool continues to serve you well.
